Prices shown on this website, and the indicative figures generated through the online quote tool at /quote, are starting prices based on the information you provide. They are not a binding contract. A firm, itemised quote is only confirmed once we've reviewed your job (which may require a follow-up call or site visit for non-standard work) and issued a formal written quote, which remains valid for the period stated on that quote.

Once you accept a quote and a job is booked in, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Where materials have already been ordered specifically for your job, or a deposit has been paid, we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred before refunding the balance of any deposit.

For some jobs we ask for a deposit before work begins, and invoice the balance on completion. Online payments (deposits and invoices) are taken securely through Stripe-hosted checkout pages; we do not see or store your card details. Payment terms for your specific job are set out on your quote or invoice.

We are Gas Safe registered and carry public liability insurance. Workmanship on installations is guaranteed for the period stated on your specific quote or invoice. This guarantee covers our workmanship, not fair wear and tear, misuse, or faults in materials or appliances not supplied by us (which are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty).

You're responsible for giving us safe, reasonable access to the property and work area, and for telling us about anything that could affect the job (for example, asbestos, structural issues, or access restrictions) before work begins.

This website and its online quote tool are provided for genuine enquiries about plumbing, heating and bathroom work. You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information through the quote form, attempting to disrupt the site, or using automated tools to scrape or spam it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
